1. "Tech Neck" Confessions Contest: Official Rules

SPONSOR: The "Tech Neck" Confessions Contest (the "Contest") is sponsored by CerviAlign™ ("Sponsor"). This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Facebook, or Instagram.

ELIGIBILITY: * Participants must be legal residents of the United States.

  • Participants must be eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.

  • Employees of CerviAlign™ and their immediate family members are not eligible to win.

ENTRY PERIOD: The Contest begins on February 9, 2026, and ends at 11:59 PM EST on February 16, 2026 (the "Entry Period"). Entries submitted after the Entry Period will not be considered.

  • Entries submitted after the Entry Period will not be considered.

HOW TO ENTER: * To enter, participants must comment on the official Contest post with their "most relatable" or "weirdest" neck pain recovery story.

  • Limit one (1) entry per person.

  • Entries must be original and must not violate any third-party rights.

WINNER SELECTION (MERIT-BASED): * This is a contest of skill and storytelling, not a random drawing.

  • One (1) winner will be selected by the CerviAlign™ team based on the relatability and creativity of their shared story.

  • The decision of the Sponsor is final and binding.

THE PRIZE: * One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive the CerviAlign™ Neck Relief Bundle, valued at approximately $68.95.

  • The Bundle includes: One (1) CerviAlign™ Inflatable Traction Device and one (1) digital copy of the Total Spine & Joint Recovery Protocol.

  • Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered.

WINNER NOTIFICATION: * The winner will be notified via Direct Message (DM) or a reply to their comment within seven (7) days of the Contest closing.

  • If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, a runner-up may be selected.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: * By using CerviAlign™ products, you agree that the Sponsor is not liable for any injury or damage resulting from improper use or failure to follow the provided safety checklist and instructions.
